Say hello to the Fruit Chopper Cutting Play Set. Slice, serve and stick it back together. Toy fruits and vegetables join with hook-and-loop strips, so kids can ‘cut’ them with a safe plastic knife just like a real little chef.
Fruit Chopper Cutting Play Set highlights
- Toy fruits and vegetables that cut apart
- Safe plastic knife, cutting board and plate
- Satisfying hook-and-loop cutting action
- Durable, reusable pieces
- Easy to clean and store
How kids play with it
Kids line up the fruits on the cutting board, slice them in half with the toy knife and serve the pieces on the plate. Then they press the halves back together and start again. It pairs perfectly with a play kitchen, a pretend restaurant or a picnic with soft toys.
Why choose the Fruit Chopper Cutting Play Set?
Cutting play builds hand-eye coordination and fine motor control, and it’s a great way to learn the names of fruits, vegetables and colors. Role playing as a chef also encourages conversation and sharing with siblings. The pieces are tough, easy to wipe and quick to tidy away.
Ideas for more fun
Ask your child to make you a fruit salad and name each piece as they cut it. Count the slices together, or sort fruits and vegetables into two groups to make learning part of the game.
